Registration and next steps
1. Registration | until 15:00 (Vienna time) on 12 October 2021
Everyone is required to register for the Fundamental Rights Forum 2021 to take part in the sessions and networking activities. To register, please click the blue button on the right.
During registration, you can mark the #RightsForum21 Programme with your session selections and confirm your availability for networking activities (My Programme).
When registering, you will receive further information on what to do next.
2. Set up a profile
During the registration process, you will also be required to set up your profile. All profiles will be published online and visible to all event participants. If you do not wish your profile to be visible to other Forum participants, send an email to FRA-RightsForum21@fundamentalrightsforum.eu.
You can change your profile at any time. You can state your areas of activity and which ideas you would like to discuss with other participants. We strongly recommend creating a profile that will raise your visibility on the platform, so fill in as many fields as possible to maximise your networking opportunities!
3. Looking for networking opportunities? Request meetings!
Browse the published participants’ profiles and send meeting requests to those with whom you wish to meet virtually during the Forum. Explaining why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chances of your request being accepted. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically – don't forget to check meeting requests you have received from other participants.
4. Join the sessions
During the Forum, you can access the sessions by going to the Programme page. To access the sessions for which you registered, go to My Programme (you must be logged in to see this page). To see all the sessions included in the programme, go to #RightsForum21 Programme.
